One day is not enough to marvel at the wildlife of Serengeti National park. After an early morning
breakfast head out for a full day game drive. Serengeti is the habitat of an abundant wildlife,
including impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos and is best known for its migrating herds of
zebras and wildebeests. The migration path of these animals varies every year and the rainfall
determines it. In November and December, the animals move from the northern region,
dominated by woodlands and hills, to the grassy plains of the south. During the longer rainy
season from April to June, they return to the north. Apart from the migrating herds, you might
have the chance to see predators, such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions, always lurking close by.
